Dear Manuela Díaz,
I am writing to complain about the amount of food that you throw away instead of giving it to charities.

While I was in the establishment I heard some customers talking about how much food you throw away every day and I needed to check it. For that reason, I waited until you closed the supermarket and I was appalled by the amount of unsold food that you could donate to charities.

If I had known that fact, I wouldn't have bought here and I can assure you that more customers share my feeling.

I would be very grateful if you could help those people such as homeless people giving them your unsold food and if you need workers, you could hire some of them and help them with a salary.

I look forward hearing from you in a very near future.

Yours faithfully,
Maria.

Dear sir/madame,

I amb writing to complain about the huge quantity of food that you throw away every night just because it is unsold.

I am appalled by the kilos of useful food that are been thrown away. There are lots of homeless people in our city that would be grateful if your firm could give this insane quantity of food to them. Furthermore, I find truely ashaming that while other people is starving, you throw away lots of food just because it is unsold. And I can assure that others share my feelings.

Mainly, I would be very grateful if you could donate the food to charities for homeless people instead of throwing it all away.

I look forward  to hearing from you in the very near future.

Yours sincerely,

Marina Bel Mora

Dear Mr Jones,
I am writing to complain about your workers, because they are children and they work a lot of time without winning a lot of money.

Firstly I want to say that this is illigal and inmoral. This isn't fair because these children, have to stay in the school, learning, playing and enjoying their lives.

In general nobody should work in this conditions, but in this case about the children, which they have all the time for growing up, it is sadder.

Another thing is: you do not pay big quantities of money and I think taht this is inloyal.

In my point of view, you should look a solution for your workers, because they need most live quality and study,

Thanks for you attention and I hope answers and changes in your factory.

Dear Sir / Madame,

I am writing to complain about your politic of throwing food that can be unsold.

There are many people in need in our city, some of them homeless, that need our help. I was appalled when I discover that your supermarket throws away unsold food to charities for homeless people because some food is still in good conditions and it can be eaten.

I can assure that many other people share my feelings and I will start a campaign and collect signatures to prove it.

I would be grateful if you could take my suggestion in consideration and help charities and homeless people.

I hope to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the personal who is working in your factories. I know that you are using child labour to produce your clothes, and it is so inhuman.

First of all, you are obtaining profit with this child because they do not have studies and you know that if you offer to them a little quantity of money for work and explote then a lot of hours they will accept because they do not have any other offer.

On the other hand, it is that they would not have work if you do not have contracted them, and now they are winning money to help their families with the house costs.

In conclusion, I want to advise you that if those child do not earn more money I will report your business and then the authorities will close your production process.

I hope that you will considerate my complain and now I will be expecting the changes about this.

Yours faithfully.

Hodaifa Belouafi Bakhat.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to complain about the habit of throwing unsold food away that your supermarket has.

With all due respect, there are many people that are having a very hard time and the food that you waste could be necessary for them. I accept that some of that food has passed the expiration date and the law forbids you to sell it. But, of course, it doesn't mean it can't be eaten!

I can assure you that a lot of people share my feelings and people without ressources would be very greatful if you could reconsider this and start giving the food to charities.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr. Garrido:

My name is Clara Vega Galvez. I am contacting you to complain about their workers.

Firstly, the last month, I visited their shop in La Maquinista. A salesman, was kind and attentive, and I wanted information about the last IPHONE 6S, and he was explaining about the new iphone model.
I bought my new mobile, but when I had opened  the box, the model was not   I wanted. I was sure I asked about the NEW IPHONE 6 S, but the salesman gave me the IPHONE 6.

I had tried to speak with the shop’s manager but it had been impossible.
I would like  to change the mobile, because I think, that can be possible if I have my ticket, and I would like to point out I can pay the additional amount.

Finally, I hope your answer, please contact me if you require any further  information,  my telephone number is 662194040.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,

Clara Vega
